You are responsible for your account activity, strategy settings, and any decisions you make based on information or alerts shown by Nightrak.

Nightrak does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Information, examples, and strategy templates are provided for informational and product demonstration purposes only.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any strategy before activating it.

Nightrak watches the market against conditions you define and sends you an email alert when those conditions are met. Nightrak never places trades, never connects to a brokerage, and never has access to your funds.

You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make in response to an alert. Nightrak's alerts are informational only.

Nightrak is offered on paid subscription plans (weekly or 6-month), billed in advance and renewing automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Nightrak integrates with market data providers, AI model providers, email delivery services, hosting, and payment processing. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their actions, availability, data, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own agreements and policies.

You may not use Nightrak to violate laws, manipulate markets, interfere with the service, access systems without authorization, or misuse any API or integration.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of the service creates legal, security, operational, or financial risk.

Nightrak may include beta, experimental, or preview functionality. Beta features may change, break, produce unexpected results, or be discontinued at any time.

Alert delivery timing depends on how frequently Nightrak checks the market — see the product page for current check frequency.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightrak disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightrak will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed or delayed alerts, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages arising from third-party services or market events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nightrak after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
